Yes. Use the quick sign-in buttons on the sign-in and sign-up pages, or your email and password.
You'll see a countdown in the app and a reminder 7 days before. After the expiry date you get a short grace period where you can still view and export everything. Your data is never deleted, and renewing restores full access straight away.
Yes. Head office creates branches, chooses which modules each branch can use, and can make modules view-only. A branch can never get more access than the head office has.
Yes. Payroll works out PAYE using the Nigerian tax bands and the pension contributions, and you can adjust the rates in settings.
